Over the summer I attended the Hardrock 100 Endurance Run and took photos on the top of Handies Peak, a Colorado 14er that the course crosses over. Anna Frost came over the top first for the women, and went on to win the race about 60 miles later. I captured this moment, as she looks up from the technical footing to gaze upon the summit, only about 100 more feet up. Check out the altitude gain she had to make to get here! What an incredible location. I hope to someday return here to do the race myself.
